Meet Bethany
Hey there!
I’m Bethany Donnell – a homeschool graduate, college Junior, and aspiring young leader. In my 20 years, I’ve taken part in numerous opportunities that helped me grow in career, character, and confidence. Now, my mission is to help other teens and fellow young adults do the same as we work toward success – after all, we’re all in this adulthood thing together, right?
My goal: to open conversations that will encourage and inspire fellow leaders as they begin building their professional, adult lives.

Some of My Favorites:
Do we have some things in common? Let me know!
Fall / Autumn
While all the seasons have their perks, autumn leaves, warm jackets, & cool weather are hard to beat!
Coffee
You’ll basically never catch me turning down a good iced or hot coffee. (Then again, what college student would?)
Family / Friends
My people! Couldn’t do life without my go-to hangout people & biggest encouragements. <3
Music
Whether it’s jamming in the car with the windows down or playing my guitar, music and I are never far apart.
Learning
To me, the coolest thing about life is that there’s always something new to learn. Glad that part doesn’t stop!
Ambitious People
If you’re here visiting my website, I have a feeling you’re a like-minded, ambitious person too! Let’s open conversations and build future success together!
My Why:
I’m a firm believer that you cannot share with others what you don’t have for yourself. I want to offer my best to everything I do – my job, my education, my family, my social life – but this requires investing in myself. I cannot have a healthy career without a healthy mind, and we cannot expect a bright future without ambitious young adults. This website is a step toward self-investment: talking about professionalism, barriers to full living, and encouragement that countless young people search for. By exploring these various aspects, piece by piece, we can build a strong generation with bold futures in whatever field – workforce, home life, or beyond – they choose to pursue.
