I’m Bethany Donnell, and I’m SO excited to share this project with you! Being a young adult myself, I know that this transition into successful adulthood comes with a ton of questions. That includes a CRAZY huge span of material to cover, so I’ve summed it up like this:
Building Career, Character, & Confidence for Future Success.

Career
Professionalism, education, motivation, and countless other topics fall under this first pillar. Since you will dedicate so much time to a career, might as well invest in preparation and giving yourself the best chance at success!
Character
With this pillar, we’re striving to be adults of integrity, hard-work ethic, and positivity. That doesn’t mean that challenges or discouragement don’t arise; rather, when we face them, we can emerge through obstacles as well-equipped people.
Confidence
Knowing your worth, practicing self-awareness, and just straight-up liking yourself are key parts of building future success! With the confident foundation of this final pillar, you can find success in any future endeavors.
